How to Sign Up for A Meet

We know that some swimmers will miss meets for vacation, etc. so each swimmer must choose to attend or decline each swim meet so that the coaches know who will be available to swim.
Swimmer sign-ups will open about 6-8 days prior to each meet. We will send an alert through Swimtopia when sign-ups are officially open, so be on the lookout for that! Sign-ups will close at noon the Sunday before a meet so Coach Lindsay has time to get everyone's events settled.
Once sign-ups open, log into your Swimtopia account and find the "Sign-Up Calendar" under "Meets & Events". For the open meet, you will see a green box link that says "Meet Entry". Click the link and choose for your swimmer to either attend or not attend the meet. If you have more than one swimmer, you will need to do this for each of them. Make sure to save your choices!
