    Last Call for Swim Team Apparel!

    May 15th

    Hi, Flying Fish fam! 

    This Monday, May 18th is our deadline to order swim team apparel so it is ready in time for the first swim meet. All registered swimmers will receive a free team shirt, but now is the time to order additional youth and adult t-shirts (both tie dye and plain green are options this year), swim caps, magnets, baseball hats, and sweatshirts. If you plan to grab additional apparel, please get those orders in this weekend!

    Additionally, make sure to check out our team SwimOutlet store for this year's *new* team suit design! Team suits are not required to have, but they are an option if you are interested!

    The first day of practice is Tuesday, May 26th in the evening at Ferry Farm Pool. More details to come in a few days. We can't wait to see you all there!

    Important Updates

    Volunteer Requirements 

    All swimmers MUST have a parent or other adult volunteer for each meet they swim in.  The only exceptions are if all positions are already filled or the swimmer has a parent that is already actively involved with the team board.  If there is an open volunteer position and your swimmer does not have a parent/adult representative signed up to volunteer, you will be assigned a role or your swimmer will be scratched.

    Volunteer Incentive  

    Each volunteer position has been assigned a point value.  For each point, a raffle ticket will be given at sign in.  At the end of each meet, 2 names will be drawn and a $5 concession credit will be given to those volunteers.  At the end of season party, a name will be drawn for one free registration for next year.  If you have a senior swimmer, you can opt for a refund of this years fees.  Non-member fees will still apply.
