Swim Buddy Program
A rewarding opportunity Ferry Farm Flying Fish Swim Team offers is the Swim Buddy program.
At the beginning of the summer swim season, swimmers choosing to participate in the program will be paired with a swim buddy. Typically, younger swimmers are paired with an older swimmer, but occasionally, swimmers may be paired with someone close in age. It just depends on how many kids choose to participate in the program each season.
Swim Buddies give each other some goodies before each meet (snacks, drinks, and sometimes small gifts) and they always make sure to cheer on their buddy during their events at the meet. The Swim Buddy program is a great way for swimmers of all ages to get to know each other and be able to support each other all season long.
