    Hello, Flying Fish families!

    We had a great meet last night against Austin Ridge! The score was close the whole meet, but they ended up winning by a small margin. We had a lot of amazing swims and a bunch of swimmers dropped time in their events! Way to go, Flying Fish! I have attached the results form to this email. 

    Swimmer & volunteer sign up is OPEN for next week's home meet vs. Leeland Station. Please go ahead and declare your swimmer(s) as “attending” or “not attending” this meet so Coach Lindsay can start getting events settled. 

    If you are certified in a position, please sign up for that volunteer position for the meet. We need all hands on deck for home meets and it takes a lot of certified officials to make the meet run!

    Important Updates

    Volunteer Requirements 

    All swimmers MUST have a parent or other adult volunteer for each meet they swim in.  The only exceptions are if all positions are already filled or the swimmer has a parent that is already actively involved with the team board.  If there is an open volunteer position and your swimmer does not have a parent/adult representative signed up to volunteer, you will be assigned a role or your swimmer will be scratched.

    Volunteer Incentive  

    Each volunteer position has been assigned a point value.  For each point, a raffle ticket will be given at sign in.  At the end of each meet, 2 names will be drawn and a $5 concession credit will be given to those volunteers.  At the end of season party, a name will be drawn for one free registration for next year.  If you have a senior swimmer, you can opt for a refund of this years fees.  Non-member fees will still apply.
